Returns & Exchanges

Hypland offers returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
